UCL and The Knowledge Quarter hosted the LQC’s first Quantum and Space Technology workshop at the Impact Hub in Euston. Bringing together industry experts and researchers from UCL, Imperial, and King’s College London, the event is part of a wider programme of activities delivered by the LQC with the support of the Mayor of London.
The workshop was designed to explore how cutting-edge quantum technologies could move from the lab to solving the most pressing challenges in the space sector. Embedding quantum technologies could give a valuable competitive edge to the UK’s already strong space sector.
The session enabled industry and researchers to make new connections and to begin the process of co-creating new solutions to real-world problems in the space sector.
Thank you to everyone who participated, to Anchored-In for their expert facilitation, and to all the stakeholders who contributed to the discussion.
